SHAH ALAM - The replica of a donation cheque should not include a party logo as it is an aid from the government, said Perikatan Nasional (PN) Youth Chief Ahmad Fadhli Shaari.

He was commenting on a photo showing Local Government Development Minister Nga Kor Ming handing out a mock cheque donation to schools with DAP party logo.

"Certainly in this issue, when the party's logo is placed openly, it has a political attachment to the delivery of the donation.

"So I think that this minister (Nga) has failed to respect the laws and guidelines provided by the government," he said through a video uploaded on Facebook, today.

However, Nga had said the matter should not be an issue as the important point was that the schools beniffted from the donation.

Commenting further, Ahmad Fadhli said the government seems to be lacking in guideliness.

"When we were with the government, we also made presentations but we were not that naive to put the party logo on the replica of the check because it was government's money," he said.
