Over the weekend, we dropped by to view Senada Residences off Jalan Bukit Kiara adjacent to Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club built by Sime Darby Properties.
From the gym on level 3A (the builders are probably superstituous about number 4) of Block B of Senada Residences you get a panoramic view of the extensive golf course with a few lovely lakes in the forefront, beckoning you for a game.
Beyond that you'll get a glimpse of KGPA in the distance and nearby tall buildings around Petaling Jaya's Section 16.
The gym is spacious, compact and beautifully designed with high ceiling to avoid that feeling of claustrophobia you feel when you enter a crowded exercise room in many fitness centres in town.
Here you get the luxury of space. A mirrored wall that separates the exercise area from the corridor makes the gym feels even more spacious. The brand new equipment is really inviting.
Can't wait to try them and watch the panoramic view outside as I walk on the treadmill.
We'll get to try it out once they allow residents onto the property by the middle of the year.
Behind the wall of mirrors are two large pools. One for kids to wade in and a large oval shaped swimming pool for adults with wooden deck surrounded by mature trees. Besides the gym the pool is another feature that draws you in immediately when you visit Senada Residences.
Not too far from the pool is a barbecue pit surrounded by large seats for you to enjoy a meal with loved ones. Above is a clear canooy to keep you dry in case of rain.
Across the pools at Block A there are meeting rooms for you to host bigger events and gatherings. And there's another barbecue pit there too!.
We love Senada Residences, a well designed condominium that is so beautifully landscaped.
It gives you a feeling of being at a resort right here in busy KL.
Go visit! You'll be glad you did.
