Sevilla coach Jose Luis Mendilibar has welcomed the big spending of Saudi Pro League clubs.
Mendilibar is enjoying watching Europe's biggest clubs rattled by SPL's transfer frenzy this summer.
He told AS: "I think it's wonderful that teams that take it for granted are coughing up the great European players. What happens, that the English, Bara or Madrid can and the Arabs cannot?
"The big ones live up there because they have more economic power than the rest and they don't let the others grow. Now these people come and make them suffer the same.
"Although I don't think it will last more than two or three years: now nobody goes to Qatar, when before it was extraordinary."
Meanwhile, Mendilibar has slammed UEFA for blocking Osasuna from competing in the Europa Conference League.
He added: "It is a real outrage. Something that happened almost 10 years ago, which also condemned and denounced the current board, which was then on the other side... Other bigger teams find different issues and nothing happens to them."
