
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) again called on the State government to provide needed land for developers to build affordable housing.
More of such a supply of affordable homes would help to solve some of the squatter woes, he said.
Shareda members such as Wong Kwok Group and Wah Mie Group have completed thousands of affordable homes below RM300,000, as well as low-cost flats.
