MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the southwest monsoon will affect Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan. These areas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
The southwest monsoon will also bring cloudy to overcast skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, Pagasa said.
