SEREMBAN – An official vehicle believed to be carrying Negeri Sembilan State Secretary Datuk Mohd Zafir Ibrahim arrived at Istana Hinggap here at 11.48pm, ending a wait of more than 50 media practitioners who had camped at the palace grounds since 10pm.
His arrival drew the attention of media personnel awaiting developments following the outcome of the Negeri Sembilan state election (PRN Negeri Sembilan).
It is understood that Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was inside Istana Hinggap to attend a meeting with state leaders.
However, as of the time of writing, no official statement has been issued regarding the meeting, while media personnel are still awaiting further developments outside the palace grounds.
