Labor Secretary Francis Tolentino says on Aug. 11, 2026 that Ateneo is 'solidarily liable' for the P4.9 million in total violations if ex-coach Tab Baldwin is unable to pay the amount. Tolentino said the parties were administratively required to settle the amount within 30 days. The labor chief also noted that Baldwin’s camp may still file a motion for reconsideration.
