West Ham United star Vladimir Coufal has backed Declan Rice to succeed at Arsenal.
The former Hammers captain left the club to go to the Gunners in the summer.
While there are no hard feelings, Coufal was happy to see his Hammers beat Arsenal 3-1 in the Carabao Cup in midweek.
Post-game, he was asked if Rice is the man to lead Arsenal to trophies, and stated: I think they'll win something for sure.
They've won the Community Shield already, so he already has a trophy with Arsenal.
It was something special, to see him on the other side of the pitch. He's doing an incredible job for Arsenal, even better than he did for us. He's an unbelievable player. It was strange to see him in different colors but we wish him all the best."
