Akshita Thakur, a student of the humanities stream, topped Loreto Convent Tara Hill, Shimla, by scoring 99.2 per cent marks in the CBSE XII exams, the results of which were announced on Wednesday. Shresysi Sharma and Aamni Negi secured the second and third positions by 98.8 per cent 97 per cent marks, respectively. Prakriti Gularia topped the science stream by scoring 88 per cent while Sanvi Sood topped the commerce stream by securing 93 per cent.
At the Convent of Jesus and Mary, Chelsea, Sarishti Verma scored 98 per cent to top the humanities stream while Anahita Sharma and Rachel Dhanta scored 97 per cent each. Angel Chauhan topped the commerce stream with 92 per cent marks. Avnee Chauhan scored 90 per cent to top the science stream.
