Lazio chief Igli Tare has confirmed coach Maurizio Sarri has a new contract offer.
Sarri was only appointed in the summer, but the board is eager to secure him to a longer deal.
He said, "Our project does not promise miracles, but a decisive change made with the coach six months ago.
"We are on the right track, so difficult moments must be accepted and faced in the right way, with determination and belief.
