
Kota Kinabalu: The strengthening of GRS is vital to fight for Sabah's common interest amid the current dynamic political climate., said PBS Deputy President Datuk Dr Yee Moh Chai.
He said in today's political scenario, there is no one party that can command a majority and rule on its own.
"There is always a need for a coalition, and currently the best platform to unify the various political parties in the state is through GRS,“ said Yee in his speech at the PBS Api-Api AGM held recently.
Yee, who is also the Api-Api division chief, added that GRS is an important unified front to ensure that the issue of protecting the rights of the people and the state are taken seriously by the Federal Government.
