University of Perpetual Help System Dalta showed supremacy inside the taraplex to record its second straight win in the NCAA Season 101 women's volleyball tournament on Wednesday at the San Andres Gym in Malate, Manila.

The Lady Altas dominated the Jose Rizal University Lady Bombers in straight sets, 25-19, 25-21, 25-21 to remain unbeaten in the tournament.

Jemalyn Menor contributed 14 points, 7 excellent receptions and 5 digs to lead the Las Pinas-based school.

Shaila Omipon added 11 points even as Charisse Enrico and Loraine Lagmay chipped in 8 and 7 points, respectively.

Setter Fianne Ariola netted 3 points and 19 excellent sets while libero Joanne Lozano finished with 15 digs and 8 excellent receptions.

"What I told them to focus on defense, defense, then the offense, the attack, it's easy to do. I said to treat every game as their last game, let's work on the inside," Perpetual Help coach Sandy Rieta said during the post game interview.

"Wag tayo sumabay sa tugtog nila (JRU), may sarili tayong tugtog, ito sasayawin natin, 'yan na ang sabi ko sa kanila."

JRU was led by Czarina Ramos who scored 12 points and Nicole Deala with 11 points.

In the men’s side, the Altas Spikers bowed to the JRU Heavy Bombers in five sets 25-17, 26-28, 25-22, 17-25, 15-9.
