MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced the suspension of the number coding scheme on Wednesday afternoon from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. due to inclement weather.
Tropical Storm "Maymay," enhancing the southwest monsoon or "habagat," has brought heavy rain and thunderstorms across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
