Germany left back Nathaniel Brown's move from Eintracht Frankfurt to Bayern Munich is a done deal, according to a media report.

Broadcaster Sky Germany reported on Thursday that the 23-year-old is signing a five-year contract in Munich for a transfer fee of around €55 million ($62.6 million). The clubs did not confirm the deal.

Brown's contract in Frankfurt was due to run until 2030.

He joined the Eagles from Nuremberg in 2024.

Brown has broken into the Germany first team for the World Cup but is injured for their third group game against Ecuador later.

Bayern were in the market for a new left back following the exit of Raphaël Guerreiro and a series of fitness problems for Alphonso Davies.
