MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Luis had weakened into a Low Pressure Area (LPA) as of 8 p.m. Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Pagasa said "Luis" and another LPA were being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
"Meanwhile, Typhoon 'DOLPHIN' is being monitored within the Tropical Cyclone Information Domain (TCID) of PAGASA," it said.
"All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA," the state weather bureau said.
DoST stands for Department of Science and Technology.
