KUALA PILAH - Barisan Nasional (BN) has successfully defended the Johol state seat in the Negeri Sembilan state election, securing victory with a majority of 4,383 votes.
BN candidate Hj Saiful Yazan Sulaiman garnered 6,663 votes, defeating Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Zailan Munawar, who received 2,280 votes.
The result ensures BN retains its hold on the Johol constituency in the 16th Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly.
