BN retains Sungai Lui with landslide 8,466-vote majority

SEREMBAN – Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate Datuk Mohd Razi Mohd Ali has won the Sungai Lui state seat in the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election, according to the Election Commission (EC).

Razi polled 11,273 votes, defeating Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Zainal Fikri Abd Kadir, who garnered 2,807 votes and Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) candidate Mazrulhisham Abd Mansor who received 317 votes.

This gave BN a majority of 8,466 votes in the N.03 Sungai Lui seat.

Voting was held on August 1.
