
TAMPIN - Perikatan Nasional (PN) has secured a commanding victory in the Gemas state seat in the Negeri Sembilan state election, winning by a majority of 12,624 votes.
PN candidate Ridzuan Ahmad polled 16,153 votes, comfortably defeating Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Siti Aishah, who garnered 3,529 votes.
Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) candidate Azman Abdullah finished third with 1,012 votes.
The decisive result gives PN another win in the 16th Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly.
