BN’s Zaifulbahri retains Chembong seat with 13,763-vote majority

SHAH ALAM – Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate Datuk Zaifulbahri Idris has won the Chembong state seat in the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election.

According to the Election Commission, Zaifulbahri polled 17,160 votes, defeating Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Danish Nazran, who garnered 3,397 votes.

This gave BN a majority of 13,763 votes in the Chembong state seat.

Voting was held on Aug 1.
