MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Metro Manila, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna will have power interruptions this week because of maintenance works, Meralco said on Sunday.
In Metro Manila, some areas along Domestic Road, NAIA Road, Electrical Road, Quirino Ave. in Pasay City, and in Brgy. Tambo in Parañaque City will have no power on February 3-4 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of line reconductoring works.
In Parañaque City, some areas in Aseana City, Brgy. Baclaran will experience power interruptions on February 4 between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. because of the energization of facilities along B. Cabrera Drive near Macapagal Blvd.
In Quezon City, some parts of Brgy. Holy Spirit and Brgy. Pasong Tamo will have no electricity on February 4-5 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. because of the replacement of an electricity pole and line reconstruction works along Luzon Ave.
Also, some places in Bgy. Sangandaan, Project 8, will also have power interruptions on February 5-6 between 10:30 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. due to the upgrading of electricity facilities along Premium St. in GSIS Village.
In Navotas City, parts of Merville Subd. and some areas in Bgy. Tanza will have power interruptions on February 4 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. due to the upgrading, replacement and installation of electricity facilities along Doña Aurora St. in Merville Subd.; and also in some parts of E. Rodriguez St.
In Caloocan City, some places near Sampaloc St. in Camarin will have no electricity on February 5-6 between 11:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. due to the installation of electricity poles and line reconstruction works.
In Makati, some parts of Brgy. Pio Del Pilar, Brgy. San Antonio, and Brgy. San Lorenzo will have no electricity on February 6-7 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the replacement of electricity facilities along Chino Roces Ave. in Bgy. San Antonio.
In Bulacan, some places along Pinacpinacan Road near Brgy. Sampaloc and Brgy. Pinacpinacan in San Rafael will have no power on February 2 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. because of the upgrading of facilities.
Also, some parts of Brgy. Poblacion, Brgy. Libis, Brgy. Maronquillo, Brgy. Talacsan, Brgy. Pasong Bangkal, Brgy. Pasong Callos and Brgy. Pulo will have power interruptions on February 3 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of line reconductoring works and installation of electricity poles along Maronquillo Barangay Road and F. Viola Highway.
In Malolos, some areas in Brgy. Confradia and Brgy. Santa Isabel will have no electricity on February 6 between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. because of line reconstruction works.
In Batangas, some areas along Pan-Philippine Highway (Maharlika Highway) in Bgy. Santiago, Sto. Tomas City will have no electricity on February 5 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. due to the relocation and replacement of electricity poles and line reconductoring works.
In Cavite, some places in Brgy. Santol, Tanza, Cavite will have no power on February 3 between 10 a m. and 3 p.m. due to the replacement of electricity poles and line reconductoring works along Bukal Road in Bgy. Santol.
Some areas in Brgy. Sta. Fe, Dasmariñas will also experience power interruptions on February 4 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the relocation of an electricity pole affected by a DPWH project along Congressional South Ave.
In Laguna, the entire San Lorenzo South Phase 1-C Subd. in Sta. Rosa City will have no electricity on February 4 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of the replacement of an electricity pole and line reconstruction works.
Also, some parts of Brgy. Bigaa, Brgy. Butong, Brgy. Marinig and Brgy. Sala, and the city proper in Cabuyao City will have no power on February 5-6 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the replacement of electricity poles, line reconstruction works and installation of additional lightning protection devices.
