Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s sailors returned with three gold, four silver and two bronze medals at the Negeri Sembilan-RPDYC/NSC Open Regatta 2022 held at Port Dickson from July 15-18.
They ruled supreme in the ILCA 4 category with Muhammad Asnawi Iqbal Adam taking the men’s title and the women’s title went to Nur Awatif Safri, while the other gold was won by Marcella Wilson Villaceran in the Winfsurfing-Bic Techno category.
The silver medals were delivered by Gabrielle Marygrace Yong Poquita (ILCA 6 Women), Mohammad Syahieradham Raiman (Optimist Overall), Mohammad Syahieradham Raiman (Optimist Div A), Nur Hafizanah Zailan (Optimist Girls), and the bronze came from Mohammad Shahieran Raiman (ILCA 6 Men) and Zeti Irdina Zainal (Optimist Girls).
