BN’s Suhaimi Aini wins Kota seat with 7,693-vote majority

SHAH ALAM – Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate Suhaimi Aini has won the Kota state seat in the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election.

According to the Election Commission, Suhaimi polled 10,177 votes, defeating Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Muhammad Allif Ibrahim, who garnered 2,484 votes.

Meanwhile, Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) candidate Akmal Noradzmi received 290 votes.

This gave BN a majority of 7,693 votes in the Kota seat.
