
SHAH ALAM - Pakatan Harapan (PH) retained the Seremban Jaya state seat in the Negeri Sembilan election, with S. Mugunthan securing a convincing victory with a majority of 5,701 votes.
According to official results released by the Election Commission (EC), Mugunthan garnered 14,171 votes to defeat Barisan Nasional's (BN) Thinalan T. Rajagopalu, who obtained 8,470 votes, and Bersatu's Mahendran Ramasamy, who received 327 votes.
The result saw PH retaining the Seremban Jaya constituency with a clear lead over its two opponents.
